Internet Portal

The internet portal is dynamic and displays content according to the configuration (quality, component, payment regimes and share equity) of the other modules in use. Changes to any module configuration will result in the portal being automatically changed to match. The portal provides farmer/member access to information as a result of the contracts that they currently have in place. The portal also allows processor logon for the purposes of enquiry and reporting on all or a range of farms, and also provides access to haulers for the purposes of delivery confirmation and hauler payments. User defined HTML is also available. You can add as many user defined HTML pages as you like. They can be added to the existing Madcap menu structure or a completely new structure can be defined. The portal is controlled by Cascading Style Sheets which enable you to alter many different elements within the portal, fonts and colours for example. When the portal is initially purchased we brand the portal based on your existing website. All the documents that you send your suppliers can also be requested from the portal. Whether this be payment statements, production statements or daily result information. Functionality includes:
